Returns & Refunds Policy

 

Due to the nature of my services and handmade products, I do not accept returns or offer refunds. All sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and I’ll do my best to resolve the issue.

For readings, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule. Missed appointments without notice may not be refunded.
